A 4,500 sq ft corporate office for a merchandise manufacturer in Midtown Manhattan. The client wanted to create more private offices for the newly hired executives in their expanding business and renovate the rest of the floor to provide some privacy and storage to the individuals in the open office area. We had to tackle with project in various phases because the work had to be done while the office was still operating.
